alright so yesterday I’m finishing some of my exit interview paper work when another technician walks in and says something like “to bad you can’t come back”. then another tech over hears this and is like “what the fuck did he give a two week for then?!”.

“oh it has something to do with the whole loyalty thing”.

so apparently because I didn’t want to stay in debt forever I can never come back to this job? lol. they said if I wait a while then I could probably come back.. maybe.

hah fuck that, I hope I never have to look at that place again. I just wanted a back-up job, you never know what might happen.

while we were doing the paper work I picked up something I wasn’t suppose to see. it was a bid offering for whoever is to replace me. say you can basically heir the person from anywhere from 10-16/hr. for an entry level position. now why this is important is no one that started here even started at that minimum pay, hell there is no where there currently making over 16/hr. guys who have been there 5+ years. a few seen that and were VERY pissed. these are guys who work system tech positions. so the pay scale for their ‘rank’ should be somewhere like 16-25/hr.

yah this company is fucking everyone over. giving everyone fucking min wage for their rank and never letting them know what the actual pay scale was. in fact thats the first time any of us had ever seen that paper. so the budget was there to give guys raises for years and they just wouldn’t do it. what the fuck, they can’t give us a dollar raise a year when its right there? our fucking raises are usually less than 50c.

the more I think about it the more I don’t care if I can ever go back there or not. I’d probably just be even more pissed off every day, hating everyone.
