I was at BestBuy this morning because I seen on IGN that The Darkness was suppose to be out. I knew it’d be a waste of time because no one ever puts out games until Wednesday, Tuesday if your lucky. You rarely get a Tuesday release unless your very close to where they ship from.

I checked the shelf and nothing, just as I was about to leave an employee asked me if they could help me find something. What had really surprised me was it took them about 30 minutes to ask me this while my normal trip I get asked twice a minute. I absolutely hate when I have a half dozen different people asking me if I need help, fuck off let me shop.

well I told them to see if they had received a game yet called “Stalker” for the 360. the lady comes back after talking to someone and says they don’t have it and have no record that they’re ever going to get something like that. I shrug and say.. I guess whoever had the spelling wrong because it ships today…

I get home to see if I can view an in store inventory to see if they got it yet and notice its actually called The Darkness… but for some reason I asked them if they had a game called Stalker…!? what the fuck is wrong with me. that is an actual game- I think the art from Stalker for some reason reminded me of The Darkness…

well then I spent a long time explaining something stupid.

on to something more serious- Wednesday The Darkness and Overlord will be out. I have to have at least one of these but I don’t know which one I should go for… I had a lot of fun with the Overlord demo but I usually tire of platformer games… I suppose I’ll play through the Overlord demo some more- that’ll help me decide.
