for some reason I decided to go check out monster.com yesterday and my user experience was a lot different from that I had years earlier, this was not a good thing.

I simply wanted to do a job search in another state out of pure curiosity, for jobs in my related field. well in order to do this you must sometimes watch an annoying fucking commercial. then after watching it I found it very difficult to skip forward to the job results list. in very small, very difficult to find/notice text at the bottom of the page I found “no thanks”.

took a quick look at the jobs and didn’t even bother clicking on any of them in fear of having to watch another fucking commercial. it’s safe to say I will never visit monster.com again.
