haha, ok maybe not. recently applied for a local telephone technician job. they’ve had a position open on their site for months now but I was just sort of like blah… then a buddy at work had been going on and on about them and how they seemed to show some interest in him. this guys a tard, I have at least 3 times the experience he does in just about everything so I’m thinking ‘damn I should really have a shot then. I submitted the application friday along with my resume so hopefully I hear back soon.

my bud had his interview today with them, he didn’t get much of an impression either way- said they were hard to read. but he told me what the process was like so if I do get an interview I’ll have a slight advantage.

so heres hoping to me getting an interview and then a job with them. it would definitely help me financially and also with my career growth. right now I’m sitting in what I would call a dead end job, ugh. on top of that what I’d start making there would take me at least 3 more years to make here… its obviously a smart move.

if I have time later today I’ll rant about the idiots I met last week.
